After years of holding space for healing, creating flower essences, and mentoring women on their path back to themselves, something began to shift.

The work was still alive. Still true. But the way I was holding it — the way I was naming it — felt too small for what it had become.

So I paused. I listened.
And what came through was this:

Of Root + Rose

A grounded, feminine space for deeper healing, ritual, and remembrance.

This isn’t a rebrand. It’s a refinement — a clearer name for work I’ve been living and offering for years.
A space for women who are already on their path — and are ready to go deeper, with support that meets them where they are.

Why the name?

The name came intuitively, but it carried weight the moment it landed.

Root represents the foundation:
Nervous system work. Safety. Slowness.
The healing that happens when we address what's underneath.

Rose represents the feminine:
Not just beauty or softness, but lineage. Strength. Sacredness.
The parts of us that unfold slowly, when tended with care.

Together, they hold the balance of what I offer: grounded, body-based healing with space for the sacred.

Who it's for

Of Root + Rose is for the woman who’s already walked a significant part of her path.

She may be a practitioner, a leader, a business owner — someone who has already held others.

She doesn’t need another “tool.” She needs resonance.
A rhythm. A place to return to herself, outside of roles.

This space is for the woman who knows herself — and is ready to soften into what’s next.
