I created this space because I was you.
Emotionally aware. Spiritually attuned. Holding space for everyone around me — and quietly burning out behind closed doors.
I was doing all the work. Reading every book. Leading the circles. Showing up for everyone else. And still — I felt disconnected from my body, my joy, my rhythm. Still waiting for something to click. Still wondering why my energy drained so fast when I gave so much.
I understand the particular exhaustion of being built to see and guide — and the deep medicine of finally learning to receive.
What I needed wasn't more strategy.
I needed structure that held my softness. I needed to return to the rhythms of the earth and the wisdom of my own natural cycles. I needed to remember that I was never broken — I was simply living a life that was never built for how I was designed.
So I built it. From my own healing. From the lessons I had to learn the hard way. From the space I needed and couldn't find anywhere else.
Each path here is a reclamation. A spiral journey back to your feminine wholeness — where your sensitivity becomes your greatest asset, your energy becomes your compass, and your becoming finally feels like coming home.

I hold a BFA in Fine Art, A Minor in Art History, am a Registered Behavior Technician working with children on the Austism Spectrum & currently going back to school for my MA in Behavior Analysis
